“Ketidakselarasan berkaitan penggunaan tanah dengan dokumen di bawah undang-undang bertulis lain
31B. Selepas suatu rancangan tempatan mula berkuat kuasa di bawah subseksyen 15(1C), jika wujud sebarang ketidakselarasan berkaitan penggunaan tanah dengan mana-mana dokumen di bawah undang-undang bertulis lain, maka rancangan tempatan hendaklah terpakai dalam hal menjalankan apa-apa pemajuan, selaras dengan seksyen 18

"Inconsistency related land use documents under law other31B. after a local plan come into force under subsection 15 (1), if there is any inconsistency relating to the use of land with any document under any other written law, then local plan shall apply in the case of carrying out any development, pursuant to section 18

"Inconsistency in connection with land use documents under other written laws
31B. After a local plan comes into force under subsection 15 (1C), if there is any inconsistency in respect of land use with any documents under other written law, the local plan shall apply in the case of carrying out any development, in line with Section 18
