1.3.2 GREEN VALUE SPIRITUALDuring the reign of Uthmaniah, built from sources of financing has proven to be a large contribution in the economic and financial community (Cizakca, Murat, 1996). Indirectly, the implementation has also become a catalyst for harmony and equality in the system of Islamic rule (Razali Othman, 2013). Development during the reign of Uthmaniah focuses on three aspects, namely, spiritual, social and economic. All three aspects of this in turn mutually support each other. These aspects form the basis for the construction of buildings in the Suleymaniye Complex.Buildings built in the complex is divided according to the aspects. The first part is known as hayrat that aims to provide a variety of services needed by the community. This section consists of the synagogue, elderly care homes, hospitals, schools, colleges, universities, libraries, Guest House, meal distribution centre, public water service and cemetery. Suleymaniye complex has four madrasah education and a school of medicine. The second part is known as akarat, intended as a revenue generator for the financing costs and maintenance of all facilities that were built in the first part, namely hayrat. Division of akarat consists of commercial buildings such as shops, bath (hamam), bazaar, markets closed (bedestan) and transit point for traders (carravanseraei). Hasilnnya, buildings built on this policy generated capital almost ten times greater than the amount received by the Government Uthmaniah of Silk Clothing their tax collection (Razali Othman, 2014).
