“(5) Pihak berkuasa tempatan hendaklah membelanjakan apa-apa jumlah wang yang diterima di bawah subseksyen 32(1) bagi maksud melaksanakan peruntukan Akta ini.
(6) Walau apa pun subseksyen (5), apa-apa jumlah wang yang diterima di bawah subseksyen 32(1A) tidak boleh dibelanjakan kecuali bagi maksud mengadakan tempat letak kenderaan.”.

"(5) local authorities should spend any sum received under subsection 32 (1) for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act.(6) Notwithstanding subsection (5), any sum received under subsection 32 (1A) cannot be expensed except for the purpose of conducting a parking lot. ".

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

"(5) The local authority must spend any amount of money received under subsection 32 (1) for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act.
(6) Notwithstanding subsection (5), any sums received under subsection 32 (1A) shall not be expended except for the purpose of providing parking. ".
