hendaklah menjadi kewajipan tiap-ti

hendaklah menjadi kewajipan tiap-tiap jabatan atau agensi Kerajaan Persekutuan dan Kerajaan Negeri untuk mendapatkan nasihat Majlis mengenai—
(a) cadangan kerja penambakan laut tidak termasuk penambakan untuk pembinaan jeti atau pemulihan pantai; and
(b) cadangan pemajuan bagi pembinaan infrastruktur utama negara termasuk—
(i) lapangan terbang, pelabuhan laut dan darat, rangkaian pengangkutan kereta api, lebuh raya, stesen jana kuasa, empangan, dan tapak pembuangan sisa toksik; and
(ii) infrastruktur berkepentingan negara yang lain yang ditentukan oleh Majlis.
(2) Bagi maksud subseksyen (1), cadangan pemajuan ini hendaklah disertakan dengan laporan penilaian impak sosial dan laporan lain yang ditentukan oleh Majlis.”.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

shall be the duty of every department or agency of the Federal Government and State Governments to seek advice about Council —(a) the proposed work filling the sea does not include filling for the construction of the pier or beach recovery; and(b) development proposal for the construction of infrastructure in the country, including —(i) the airport, sea ports and land transportation, railway, highway, power stations, dams, and toxic waste disposal sites; and(ii) other national infrastructure stakeholders as determined by the Council.(2) for the purposes of subsection (1), development proposal shall be accompanied by a social impact assessment report and other reports as may be determined by the Council. ".

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

shall be the duty of every department or agency of the Federal Government and the Council of State for advice to-
(a) the proposed sea reclamation excluding reclamation for the construction of a jetty or beach recovery; and
(b) development proposal for the construction of key national infrastructure including-
(i) airports, seaports and land, railway transportation network, highways, power stations, dams and toxic waste disposal sites; and
(ii) the infrastructure of national interest as determined by the Council.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), this development proposal shall be accompanied by a social impact assessment report and other reports as may be determined by the Council. ".
