Dalam persekitaran kerja yang ergonomik, terdapat interaksi berterusan dan dinamik antara pekerja dan persekitaran mereka dan ini mengakibatkan beberapa tindak balas fisiologi dan psikologi pekerja seterusnya memberi kesan terhadap keselesaan, prestasi, produktiviti, mereka keselamatan dan kesihatan (Parsons, 2000; I. Dianat et al., 2016).
