Sorry I had to write quite long ... I do hope everyone be more positive and can get accurate picture about the purpose I write this message today.

I feel very disappointed that the JMB did not tell me earlier about the sudden idea regarding to employ a new building management company to carry out the TPI-JMB task. More disappointing this decision look very rushing look alike chasing out from responsibility.

During my work with JMB, in almost 2 months I have seen enthusiasm of JMB committee in executing their work to solve the old JMB problems particularly related with financial management, accounts and admin system .

At the beginning I am very happy and excited to help JMB members especially a seriousness hard working lady, Miss Kim in consolidating all committee jointly think for the best decision-making in a meeting day and night for this PTI community.

Why JMB did not see the hardship and effort put in Miss Kim to correct previous JMB account until it clear and gain resident trust to pay their bill. Everybody know how bad it is before?

Now the account systems are very efficient and purchased at a price which is very cheap also costs for external accounting service are very reasonable. Why JMB still want to waste money again and again? JMB is quite wasteful with dreaming for professional services such as ONG MAJU and act rashly took the building manager with no experience! My question is whether JMB will change and find a replacement again when this company also not good?

In this good day I urged the committee to sit and talk deeply please not yet make a decision very drastic and detrimental. Think and take a look at the efforts that you all as a team have done well over the years. At least give little time for JMB members to prove the integrity in doing their tasks. Why should we rush to take outsiders while our work was already nearing completion? And it was almost ready? do not show our ignorance by paying high prices and reveal our stupidity again to pay such a high price for outsiders to implement a system that has been proven good of course.

It is very good if we are on a budget and can equally use because this money all from our residents. The money saved can be used to provide facilities such as landscaping, paving PTI convenience stores/sundry shop in the area and so on. This will make our life in TPI more better.
