Meningkatkan lagi kemahiran saya untuk menyesaikan masalah. Hal ini kerana, setiap tugasan yang diberikan membuka minda saya untuk berfikir lebih jauh,kreatif untuk menjalankan amanah yang diberikan. Sebagai contoh, semasa saya diberi tanggungjawap untuk menyesaikan masalah sambungan kabel dari patch panel di Telekom Cyberjaya ke patch panel Telekom Putrajaya. Masa itu saya telah belajar pelbagai jenis teknik-teknik untuk mengesan masalah sambungan kabel itu berpunca dari mana,apa faktor-faktor yang boleh menyebabkan, dan langkah-langkah yang perlu diambil untuk menyesaikan.
