Masa yang bantahan terhadap draf rancangan struktur itu boleh dibuat hendaklah tidak kurang daripada satu bulan sebagaimana yang dinyatakan di dalam notis itu, dan apa-apa masa yang dinyatakan dalam notis itu boleh dilanjutkan sekali oleh Pengarah Negeri selama tidak lebih daripada satu bulan atas permohonan mana-mana orang melalui apa-apa bentuk pemberitahuan yang difikirkan sesuai
