With increasing urbanization and Slum based on situation analysis and observation, mid-adolescents in Padang Jawa lack of supportive environment for education (religious, academic and skills). Poverty parent who uneducated and unskilled, unaware the identification particulars of education so that the can reduces a child academic performance. It also influenced by not conducive home environment, in which the child grows up. Action is needed to empower mid-adolescent with 31 ' s (faith, intellectual and implementation).
