GREEN VALUE AND ELEMENTS IN WAQF BUILDING

Kertas kerja ini membincangkan nilai hijau dalam bangunan wakaf. Bangunan wakaf merupakan salah satu daripada bentuk wakaf harta tetap yang dilaksanakan oleh pelbagai pihak yang terlibat dalam pengurusan wakaf. Bangunan yang mempunyai nilai hijau dapat meningkatkan kecekapan sesebuah bangunan. Kecekapan tersebut pula dapat menyumbang kepada nilai tambah bangunan wakaf yang dimiliki dari segi nilai hartanah, kesejahteraan dan juga keselamatan penghuni bangunan wakaf. Tujuan utama penulisan ini adalah untuk meneliti nilai hijau dalam bangunan wakaf Kompleks Suleymaniye. Kertas kerja ini mengkaji kedudukan dan bagaimana ia dikupas dalam bangunan wakaf tersebut. Adakah nilai hijau diambil kira dalam bangunan wakaf tersebut? Bagi mencapai tujuan itu, kajian dokumen dan penelitian kandungan dilakukan. Kertas kerja ini menjangkakan terdapat nilai hijau di dalam bangunan wakaf.

Building shelters, is one of the forms of wakaf fixed assets undertaken by various parties involved in the management of Waqf. Buildings that have a green can improve the efficiency of a building. The efficiency in turn could contribute to building value-added Waqf owned in terms of property values, well-being and safety of building occupants also Waqf. The main purpose of this writing is to examine the value of green building in Suleymaniye complex in shelters. This paper reviewed the position and how it peeled up in building the endowment. Green values are taken into consideration in the building of the Waqf? To achieve this end, the study of documents and review of content is done. This paper discusses the green in building endowments. Building endowment is one of the form of the waqf property, plant and equipment held by the various parties involved in the management of waqf. The building has a green value can increase the efficiency of a building. The efficiency can also contribute to the added value of its endowment building in terms of value of property, welfare and safety of building occupants endowment. The main purpose of this paper is to examine the value of green building endowments Suleymaniye Complex. This paper examines the position and how he peeled in the building endowments. Are the green taken into account in building the endowment? To achieve that goal, documents and research studies conducted content. This paper estimates the number of green value in building endowments.
