Work Based Learning di Syarikat Mes

Work Based Learning di Syarikat Mesiniaga telah banyak membantu saya untuk menyediakan diri untuk melangkah ke alam pekerjaan. Semua penyelia memberi komitmen yang sepatutnya . Semasa penempatan saya, di bawah unit IpCore yang diketuai oleh Encik Yaacob, saya telah banyak didedahkan dengan realiti rangkaian yang sebenar seperti pergi ke tapak Telekom waktu 1 pagi, untuk membuat pemasangan kad pada router dan balik ke rumah di awal pagi, dan esoknya saya perlu terangkan kepada semua staf Ipcore apa yang belajar semasa membuat pemasangan kad.Pengalaman ini sedikit sebanyak membantu saya untuk mengenai dan mengetahui fungsi-fungsi perkakasan rangkaian yang digunakan oleh Telekom Malaysia. Selain itu, semasa dalam unit IpCore saya disuruh pada setiap pagi untuk membaca akhbar English di hadapan Encik Yaacob. Hal ini kerana,tahap komunikasi dalam bahasa English agak lemah. Walaupun pada mulanya saya malu, tapi lama kelamaan saya telah boleh untuk berkomunikasi dalam bahasa English. Pengalaman saya menjalani Work Based Learning di Mesiniaga adalah pengalaman paling bermakna untuk saya terus maju depan.

Work Based Learning Company Mesiniaga has helped me to prepare to step into the job. All supervisors to provide the necessary commitment. During my placement, under IpCore unit headed by Encik Yaacob, I have lots of exposed to the reality of a real network such as go to the Telekom 1 a.m., to make installation of the card at the router and back home in the early morning, and the following day I have to explain to all the staff of Ipcore what study at the time of installation of the card. The experience helped me to about and knowing the functions of the network hardware used by Telekom Malaysia. In addition, while in the unit I was told at IpCore every morning to read English newspaper in front of Mr. Yaacob. This is because, the level of communication in English is a bit weak. Although at first I was embarrassed, but over time I have been able to communicate in English. My experience undergoing Work Based Learning in Mesiniaga is the most meaningful experience for me-to survive.

Work Based Learning in Company Director, has helped me to prepare themselves for working life. All supervisors should be committed. During my placement, under unit IpCore led by Mr. Yaacob, I have long been exposed to the realities of the network's real like going to the site Telekom time 1 am, to make installation of the card on the router and back home in the early morning, and the next day I get Ipcore explain to staff what is learned during the installation kad.Pengalaman helped me to respect and understand the functions of network hardware used by Telekom Malaysia. In addition, during the unit IpCore I had every morning to read the paper in front Bahasa Inggeris Mr Yaacob. This is because, the level of communication in Bahasa Inggeris relatively weak. Although at first I was embarrassed, but finally I was able to communicate in Bahasa Inggeris. I live my experience at Director, Work Based Learning is most meaningful experience for me going forward.
