Kajian ini mengambil satu pendekata

Kajian ini mengambil satu pendekatan interpretivis yang menggunakan strategi abduktif dan metod fenomenologi. Sampel dipilih melalui kaedah purposive sampling. Data telah dikutip melalui pemerhatian ikut serta dan indept-interview dengan informan dalam tempoh masa enam bulan. Temubual telah dijalankan dengan menggunakan panduan temubual dan pita rakaman. Analisis data menggunakan perisian Nvivo yang bertujuan membina kategori serta tema dan kemudiannya disusuli dengan temubual yang seterusnya.

This study takes a interpretivis approach that uses abduktif and phenomenological formulation of the strategy. A sample selected in a manner to ensure sampling. Data was collected via observation opt and indept-interview with informan within six months. Interviews were conducted using an interview guide and tape recording. Data analysis using the Nvivo software which aims to build categories and themes and then followed up with interviews.

Data were analyzed using NVivo software that aims to build the category and theme and was followed by a subsequent interview.
