Bagi maksud subseksyen (3), Jawatankuasa tidak boleh mengembalikan rancangan itu atau memberikan arahan itu jika telah genap tiga bulan semenjak Pengarah Negeri mengemukakan rancangan itu kepada Jawatankuasa.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

For the purposes of subsection (3), the Committee cannot return the plan or give directions that if was due three months since State Director submit the plan to the Committee.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

For the purposes of subsection (3), the Committee can not return the plan or provide directions if three months have elapsed since the State Director submitted the plan to the Committee.
