Jika Jawatankuasa berpuas hati dengan draf rancangan struktur dan butir-butir yang dikemukakan di bawah subseksyen (1A), ia hendaklah mengarahkan Pengarah Negeri mengambil langkah di bawah subsekyen (2), dan pada masa yang sama hendaklah melantik suatu jawatankuasa yang terdiri daripada sekurang-kurangnya tiga orang yang dilantik oleh Jawatankuasa, untuk menimbangkan bantahan berkenaan dengan draf rancangan struktur itu.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

If the Committee is satisfied with the draft structure plan and particulars submitted under subsection (1A), it shall direct the State Director to take under subsection (2), and at the same time shall appoint a Committee consisting of at least three persons appointed by the Committee, to consider the objection in respect of the draft structure plan.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

If the Committee is satisfied with the draft structure plans and details submitted under subsection (1A), it shall instruct the Director of the State to take measures under subsection (2), and at the same time shall appoint a committee consisting of at least three persons appointed by the Committee, to consider the arguments concerning the draft structure plan.
