Mahkamah hendaklah, atas permohonan orang diberi kuasa membuat suatu perintah mandatori mengkehendaki seseorang yang disabitkan kesalahan di bawah peruntukan-peruntukan Bahagian IV Akta ini supaya melakukan apa-apa langkah yang perlu untuk memulihkan kesalahan itu termasuk meroboh, memulihkan semula tanah sepertimana yang ditentukan oleh pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan, mengubah mana-mana bangunan atau kerja dan sebagainya, atau membayar apa-apa kos yang ditetapkan oleh pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan bagi tujuan membaik pulih kawasan tersebut untuk dimasukkan ke dalam kumpulan wang pihak berkuasa tempatan

The Court shall, on the application of authorized person makes a mandatory order requiring a person convicted of an offence under the provisions of part IV of this Act so that any necessary measures to restore the offence including the demolition, restore the land as determined by the local planning authority, alter any building or work, etc., or to pay any costs set by the local planning authority for the purpose of repairing the area to be included in local authority Fund

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

The Court shall, on application by the person authorized to make a mandatory order requiring a person convicted of an offense under the provisions of Part IV of this Act to make any necessary measures to recover the offense, including demolition, restoration of land as determined by the authorities local planning, alter any building or work, etc., or to pay any costs determined by the local planning authority for the purpose of restoring the area to be included into the fund of local authorities
