Kerangka kerja pengurusan projek IC

Kerangka kerja pengurusan projek ICT ini akan disahkan oleh pasukan pakar perunding pengurusan projek ICT di MAMPU. Hasil penyelidikan dapat dijadikan panduan oleh pengurus projek ICT untuk mengurus projek ICT di dalam sektor awam, malah boleh diguna pakai untuk sektor swasta dan lain-lain bidang.

Oleh itu kajian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan Business Proses Management (BPM) yang merupakan pendekatan baru dalam pengurusan projek, untuk membantu meningkatkan kejayaan projek ICT
