pada perjanjian yang lepas, kadar bayaran sewa rumah adalah rm550. oleh itu saya naikkan kadar bayaran sewa rumah dari rm550 kepada rm600. kadar bayaran ini berpatutan kerana kos hidup yang semakin meningkat.

saya sudah periksa rumah saya, saya amat kecewa kerana terlalu banyak kerosakan. kunci mangga juga ditukar tanpa kebenaran saya. halaman luar rumah juga tidak dibersihkan.

saya sebagai tuan rumah tidak dapat masuk ke dalam untuk memeriksa dengan lebih terperinci kerana kunci mangga telah ditukar. pintu grill dan pintu utama telah rosak.
