Berdasarkan Jadual 1.4 menunjukkan

Berdasarkan Jadual 1.4 menunjukkan jumlah saman keatas penunggang motosikal mengikut pecahan kesalahan pada tahun 2012, 2013 dan 2014 di Daerah Timur Laut, Pulau Pinang. Data tersebut telah dirumuskan kepada jenis kesalahan yang mempunyai jumlah kes yang tertinggi sahaja. Sehubungan itu, pada tahun 2012 dan 2013, jenis kesalahan yang paling tinggi yang dilakukan oleh penunggang motosikal adalah jenis kesalahan yang melakukan kesalahan tanda trafik masing-masing berjumlah 13,366 saman dan 10,561 saman. Manakala, pada tahun 2014 pula telah menunjukkan jenis kesalahan tiada lesen/dokumen sebanyak 9,461 saman, kesalahan yang paling tinggi dilakukan oleh penunggang motosikal pada tahun tersebut.
